Ash Mishra has served as Vice President - Legal, M&A, PG&A, International, and Global Head of Ethics & Compliance at Polaris Industries, where they led M&A activities, supported international growth, and ensured compliance with ethical regulations. At Starbucks, they worked as the SVP, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, responsible for overseeing ethics, compliance, litigation, employment, and data privacy. Ash Mishra also played a significant role as Chief Compliance Officer at Mars Incorporated, where they managed compliance in over 80 countries, focusing on ethical culture and business growth. Additionally, as Deputy General Counsel and Chief International Compliance Officer at UnitedHealth Group, they established an international compliance framework for the largest healthcare company globally.
