Graham Cullen

Graham Cullen is a highly skilled mechanical engineer with a Bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. Currently serving as a Factory Race Engineer at Polaris Inc., Graham has progressed through various engineering roles within the Engineering Development Program, including positions as Motorcycle Development Engineer, Torque Engineer, and Vehicle Dynamics Engineer. Prior experience includes roles at RIT Baja, where Graham contributed to frame design and manufacturing, and as a Machine Shop Lab Assistant, assisting with manual machining. Additional internships and co-op positions at Polaris Inc., Dana Incorporated, and D&W Diesel Inc. provided hands-on experience in project engineering, vehicle validation, and advanced problem-solving. Prior to entering the engineering field, Graham gained customer service experience at Valvoline Inc.
