Jeremiah Berger

Jeremiah Berger, MBA, currently serves as Training Development Supervisor at Polaris Inc., starting in March 2023. A veteran of the US Army from April 2002 to April 2023, Jeremiah held various leadership roles including Regional Director and District Manager, with notable achievements such as mentoring district managers to achieve a number one ranking and leading a team to fill over 350 positions. Jeremiah's earlier positions included Lead Recruiter and Operations Manager, overseeing recruitment and the well-being of a surveillance team. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Cornerstone University, completed in May 2018, focusing on International/Global Studies.
