Rizky F Winanda has a robust background in training development and technical training across various companies, with significant experience at Thiess since September 2011, progressing from a Rebuilt Technician to Training Development Supervisor. In the current role, Rizky leads the Thiess Institute Development team, overseeing the creation of training materials that adhere to global standards. Rizky also co-founded rfwinanda Learning Solutions in September 2023, focusing on digital content and interactive learning. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Trainer at PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista, where gaps in skills were assessed and addressed through tailored training programs, and as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at Pamapersada Nusantara. Rizky is currently pursuing education at Yogyakarta State University, enhancing expertise in the field.
