Neil Anderson

Neil Anderson is an accomplished professional in operations and manufacturing with extensive experience in leadership roles. At Polaris Inc., from June 2019 to March 2025, Neil served as Sr. Director of Operations, Plant Director, and Director of Production, demonstrating a strong ability to manage large-scale operations. Prior to this, Neil held the position of Director of Manufacturing at Horsch LLC from January 2013 to November 2014 and progressed through various management roles at AGCO Corporation from February 2006 to January 2013, including Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Project Manager for New Product Introduction. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from North Dakota State University and a Master of Business Administration from Southwest Minnesota State University.
