Paul Olsem

Paul Olsem is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in supply chain execution. Currently serving as Program Manager at Polaris Inc. since December 2020, Paul leads a data-driven supply chain team and has successfully enabled over $20 million in annual profit realization. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Captain in the US Army from December 2013 to January 2021, where responsibilities included operations, program, and project management. Paul completed education at Winona State University and attended the Leader Development - Captains Career Course in 2018.
