Vic Koelsch

Vic Koelsch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Vic is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital and Information Officer at Polaris Inc. Prior to that, they served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Exide Technologies, LLC from 2015 to 2019. Vic also held various executive positions at Michelin, including Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer - Michelin North America, President of the Original Equipment Division, and Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Before joining Michelin, Vic worked at IBM Global Services as a Practice Executive and at Compaq Computer Corporation as the Director of Enterprise Systems. Vic began their career at Boston Scientific (formerly Sulzer Intermedics, Inc.) as the Controller/Program Management Office - Research and Development.

Vic Koelsch attended Putnam City West High School from 1978 to 1981. After completing high school, they attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1981 to 1985, where they studied computer science. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science-Master of Science degree in computer science from the University of Oklahoma, from 1985 to 1987. Later, Vic enrolled at the University of Houston in 1992 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on finance in 1994.
