Michelle Desjardins

Michelle Desjardins has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to customer experience, communications, shipping and logistics, packaging and label development, account supervision, private label coordination, and marketing coordination. Michelle is currently the Director of Customer Experience and Communications at POLARIS Laboratories®, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Experience from January 2020 to April 2022. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as the Shipping and Logistics Manager at POLARIS Laboratories®. Before that, they held positions such as Packaging and Label Developer, Account Specialist Supervisor, Private Label Coordinator, and Marketing Coordinator at the same company. Prior to joining POLARIS Laboratories®, they gained experience as a Marketing Coordinator at Kennebunk Savings Bank from July 2005 to November 2005, and at Purdue Federal Credit Union from July 2002 to June 2005.

Michelle Desjardins attended Fitchburg State University from 1997 to 2001. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Advertising during this time.
