Megan Cutter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human trafficking response and advocacy, currently serving as the Managing Director of the National Human Trafficking Hotline at Polaris since September 2013. In this role, Megan has developed and implemented strategic plans, managed operations for a 24/7 hotline, and supervised a team of over 70 staff members. Previous positions at the hotline included Director and Associate Director, where Megan led significant initiatives, built relationships with stakeholders, and enhanced service delivery for trafficking survivors. Additionally, Megan has a background in teaching yoga, as well as internships focused on immigrant rights, justice reform, and social advocacy. An alumnus of American University, Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish.
