Joseph Miller

Joseph Miller is the Director of Product at Polarity. Joseph has also worked as a Program Manager / Data Scientist at Impact Research, LLC and as a Data Scientist at the U.S. Federal Government.

At Polarity, Joseph manages staff to ensure timely completion of projects and establishes project management software and policies within the company. Joseph also develops CANBUS software in python to process alcohol sensor data, as well as develop a graphical user interface for users to interact with the sensors. Additionally, they establish cyber security policies and practices within the company.

At Impact Research, Joseph's responsibilities included developing and assisting in the hiring process of new staff, determining cost and schedule for new projects, and managing staff to ensure timely completion of projects. Joseph also established project management software and policies within the company.

At the U.S. Federal Government, Joseph served as a Data Scientist. Joseph's responsibilities included fashioning state of the art classification algorithm to accurately cluster millions of property descriptions, engineering common data model merging over 20 data sets, creating and maintaining an application that allows users to search for lost items, and serving as Product Manager. Joseph also established first of its kind labs to factory system for data science application development and enabled real time tracking of supply chain through use of open source information.

Joseph Miller has a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University. Joseph's undergraduate degree is in Business Administration, Operations Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, and Logistics from Central Michigan University.
