Josh Mix has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Josh is currently employed at Polarity as a Software Engineer. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer - Credit Card at BlockFi.

Before transitioning into the software engineering field, Josh held positions at El Toro IP Targeting as a Software Developer and at Access Explorer as a Software Developer, focusing on mobile app development with a focus on accessibility. During their time at El Toro IP Targeting, they also served as a Dev Intern.

Josh gained marketing experience as a Marketing Lead at JOB Rentals & Sales, LLC, where they analyzed market trends and data sets, designed and launched marketing campaigns, and presented condensed data to the sales team. Josh also worked as a Contract Flavor Chemist at Clarendon Flavor Engineering.

Josh Mix began their education in 2009 at Indiana University Southeast, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry. Josh graduated from this institution in 2014. In 2014 to 2015, they attended both the University of Rochester and the University of Rochester Medical Center, where they engaged in Studies in Biophysics and Graduate Studies in Biophysics, respectively. In 2017, Josh attended Code Louisville, focusing on Front End Web Design. In 2018, they returned to Code Louisville to participate in the C#/.NET Track.
