After a few years in the publishing industry, Alyssa's interest in data and civic engagement led her to Polco. As a Survey Associate, Alyssa enjoys using her writing background to develop survey questions and compile final reports, all in support of community leaders and the residents they serve. She’s passionate about continuous improvement and is constantly searching for ways to improve processes and platforms.
