Daniel Hagedoorn

Daniel Hagedoorn is a Senior Project Manager at Polen Capital. Prior to joining Polen Capital, they worked as a Project Manager & Business Analyst Associate at Morgan Stanley in Wealth Management. There, they managed cross-divisional, cross-product, and firm-wide initiatives on behalf of the Private Banking Group.

Before their time at Morgan Stanley, Hagedoorn worked as a Financial & Credit Analyst at OnDeck. There, they managed the small business online lending underwriting process using proprietary software. Daniel also conducted analytical review of credit reports, bank statements, profit and loss statements, and business tax returns. In addition, Hagedoorn lead special projects to enhance business efficiency and profitability.

Hagedoorn began their career in the IT industry as an Intern/Media Analyst at The Media Trust. Daniel interned there in both 2012 and 2013 before being promoted to IT Intern.

They work with Diah Nasution - Project Manager, Brian Yacko - Director, Special Projects, and Jess Undereiner - Senior Project Manager. Their manager is Elena Wines, Head, Project Management Office.
