Jay Russell, IV

Jay Russell Iv is the current Head of Finance at Polen Capital. Jay has over 30 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Jay began their career at EY as an Audit Manager in the Financial Services practice. Jay then spent 21 years at DDJ Capital Management, where they held various senior investment operations roles, before becoming the CFO in 2001. Jay has been with Polen Capital since December 2022.

Jay Russell Iv's educational career includes completing an A.B. at Brown University and a Master's degree (Accounting and MBA - combined degree) in Accounting and Business/Management at Northeastern University.
