Joe Jarecki

Joe Jarecki is a strategy associate at Polen Capital. Joe previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Lincoln International, where they focused on tech, media, and telecom mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, they worked as an investment analyst and portfolio manager at the student-run Babson College Fund. Joe also has experience in leveraged finance, having worked as an analyst in this area at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. In addition, they have experience in commercial real estate, having worked as a summer analyst at Banyan Commercial Capital LLC. Joe began their professional career as a campus representative at Adventis.

Joe Jarecki holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Babson College and a high school diploma from Pine Crest School. Joe also has certification from FINRA in SIE and Series 79.
