Roshni Baid

Roshni Baid is a Senior Consultant at Polestar Solutions & Services since September 2021, previously serving as a Consultant-Senior Analyst at Fractal Analytics from January 2018 to August 2021. Roshni began their professional journey with an Operations Internship at YourDOST in mid-2017, where the focus was on bridging the gap between clients and experts. Roshni also held the position of Vice President at the Environmental Protection and Awareness Club at BIT Mesra, managing a large team and coordinating significant events from July 2016 to May 2017. An early project at Amul involved optimizing biogas purification techniques during a winter internship in 2015-2016. Roshni volunteered with the National Service Scheme between 2013 and 2015, organizing community service initiatives. Roshni obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, between 2013 and 2017, and completed high school with a focus on Math, Physics, Chemistry, and English at GEMS NPS International School from 2010 to 2012.
