Alexander Gray has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry, starting from 2011. Alexander has worked in various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise and knowledge in design and engineering.
Alexander began their career as a Design Engineer at Aston Martin Ltd in 2011 and then moved on to McLaren Automotive Ltd as a Design Engineer from 2012 to 2013. Following this, they joined JLR in 2014 as a Design Engineer and later worked at Inalfa Roof Systems Group as a Project Engineer from 2015 to 2017.
In 2017, Alexander became a Lead Engineer at JLR, where they worked on developing BIW countermeasures and collaborating with EDS teams to incorporate the latest ADAS content. Alexander also served as a Lead Design Engineer, contributing to the development of commercial interiors.
Alexander then worked as a Consultant at M-TEC Engineering Projects from 2010 to 2023. Currently, they are working at Polestar as a Senior Project Engineer, leading a cross-functional team, and spearheading the design and development of innovative automotive interior components and systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Additionally, they play a key role in supplier selection and management, ensuring timely and reliable delivery.
Alexander Gray attended King Edward VI Aston Grammar School. After completing their secondary education, they went on to study at Brunel University London.
