James Wynn

James Wynn is an experienced thermal engineer currently serving as a Senior Thermal Engineer at Polestar since May 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Senior Engineer in Powertrain Cooling Systems at Jaguar Land Rover, where responsibilities included the detailed design and project leadership for prototype and production cooling systems. Additional experience includes an early career as a Product Modeller at Jaguar Land Rover, where James initiated the manufacturing WERS database for the Jaguar F-Pace. James also worked as a Sales Advisor and Parts Fitter at Halfords, contributing to the development of a program aimed at enhancing customer engagement and knowledge in automotive electronics. Further experience includes an Undergraduate Design Engineer role at Sapa Components and a Sales Executive position at Nunns of Grimsby Ltd, where James excelled in sales performance. James holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automotive Design & Technology from Sheffield Hallam University.
