Kavya Pandey

Kavya Pandey is a seasoned professional in the automotive safety domain with extensive experience in functional safety management and systems engineering. Currently serving as Functional Safety Manager at Polestar since February 2022, Kavya previously held roles including System Safety Expert at CEVT from June 2019 to February 2022, and Safety Engineer at ZF Group from August 2018 to June 2019. Prior experience also includes working as System Requirement Engineer Safety at Magneti Marelli from August 2015 to August 2018. Kavya possesses a strong background in requirements best practices, ISO 26262 standards, and VDA standards for FMEA, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from AJAY KUMAR GARG ENGINEERING COLLEGE, GHAZIABAD.
