Global Head Of Customer Experience Operations at Polestar

Sarah Simpson has over 18 years of work experience in various customer-centric roles. Sarah is currently the Global Head of Customer Experience Operations at Polestar, where they have been leading the customer care and engagement teams since 2021. Prior to that, they held positions at Bromford as a Non Executive Director, at Sky Betting & Gaming as the Customer Operations Director and Customer Experience Director, and at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays as the Head of Customer Contact. Sarah also has experience in customer service management at First Great Western and National Express Group. With a strong background in customer experience and operations, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in driving customer satisfaction and engagement throughout their career.

Sarah Simpson attended The University of Sheffield from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a BA degree in History. Sarah then attended the University of Northampton from 2003 to 2005, earning a PCIM degree in Management and Business. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Chair Judge at the UK Customer Experience Awards through Awards International in 2020. Sarah also served as a UK Customer Experience Awards Judge in 2019, again through Awards International.
