Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Polestar, Tiago Viana previously held several key positions at Mercedes-Benz Portugal, including Director of Customer Services Business Development and Aftersales Marketing and Parts Sales Manager. Additionally, Tiago Viana gained foundational experience in technical support at Renault Portugal. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Management from INDEG / ISCTE and studies at Instituto Superior Técnico.
