Gina M. Justice

Gina Justice serves as the Director of Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Compliance & Digital at Microwave Products Group since February 2011, managing comprehensive IT operations including business intelligence, ERP systems, and compliance with various regulations. In conjunction with this role, Gina also holds the title of MPG IT Senior Director for Dover Corporation, overseeing IT across four brands. Previous experience includes positions such as Information Technology Assistant Superintendent at the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati and Director of Information Systems and Services at Xavier University. Gina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Computer Science with a focus on Management Information Systems and Services from Union Institute & University and a Bachelor of Science from Xavier University.
