Previously, Artur held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at MBL Group from April 2017 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing finances for global operations and improving financial processes to meet investor demands. A significant tenure at Mars Polska spanned from 2008 to 2016, during which Artur undertook multiple roles, including Sales Director Impulse Channel and Finance Director for the Chocolate segment, focusing on strategy implementation, team leadership, and financial management. Artur began the career at Masterfoods Poland in financial operations and has held various finance-related positions with Dell and Mars Poland, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency. Artur holds a Master's Degree in Organisation and Management from Lodz University of Technology.
