Dominique Einhorn

Dominique Einhorn is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology, management, and investment. Currently, Dominique serves as a member of the People Committees at both Algar S/A Empreendimentos e Participações and Algar Telecom, in addition to being an Angel Investor and Mentor at Poli Angels, which supports early-stage Brazilian tech startups. Dominique's extensive career includes roles such as Senior Partner and Market Leader at Korn Ferry, Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, and General Manager at Raychem Corporation. Dominique has also contributed as a Board Member at Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Hospital Albert Einstein and served as Talent and Recruitment Advisor at Vivara. Academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, supplemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
