Sarah Sumpter

Sarah Sumpter has a diverse range of work experience. Sarah currently holds the position of Head of Employee Engagement at the Police Federation of England and Wales since July 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Manager of Operations at the same organization from April 2021 to July 2022. Before joining the Police Federation, they were the Claims Operations Manager from January 2020 to April 2021. In 2019, Sarah served as a Volunteer Coordinator at Home-Start UK.
