Sruti Balakrishnan

Sruti Balakrishnan is the current Director of Life Strategy & Operations at Policygenius. Prior to this, they served as the Interim COO at The Collaboratory from March 2021 to December 2021. Sruti also served as the Director of Strategy & Operations (Life) at Policygenius Inc. from November 2019 to July 2021.

Sruti has a proven track record in helping companies grow and scale. At Policygenius, they led the Strategy & Operations team for the Life Insurance business, helping it grow from a 250-person organization to 600+. At The Collaboratory, they were instrumental in founding the company and served as an advisor after stepping away from their full-time role.

Sruti is a dynamic leader with a passion for helping people get the financial protection they need. Sruti is excited to be a part of Policygenius as it continues to grow and make a positive impact on the insurance industry.

Sruti Balakrishnan completed their Master of Business Administration at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics at the University of Virginia.
