Trevor Nelson

Trevor Nelson is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Policygenius, but they have plenty of experience in other companies and roles. Trevor was previously a Coach at Dev Bootcamp from November 2014 to June 2015, where they gave feedback on students' pull requests and code solutions. Before that, Trevor worked as an SEO Strategist for SMB Companies, LLC from April 2013 to August 2013, developing SEO strategy and managing campaigns for SMB clients. Trevor also spent two years at Acceleration Partners as a Manager of Digital Strategy from February 2013 to January 2015. There, they advised clients on digital strategy initiatives, executed multi-channel marketing campaigns, and grew organic search traffic by 72% for one national sporting goods brand. Trevor has a wealth of experience in many different aspects of the software engineering field and is sure to be an asset to any company.

Trevor Nelson's educational career includes a web development certification from Udacity, as well as certifications from Google in AdWords and Analytics. Trevor also has a degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business.

They work with Matt Ramos - Software Engineer, Gordon Ramsay - Software Engineer, and Chad Pennington - Software Engineer. Their manager is Dave Kaplan, SVP of Engineering.
