Jennifer A. Tran

Jennifer A. Tran is an experienced leader in racial and economic equity with a robust background in research and policy. Currently serving as the Director for the National Equity Atlas at PolicyLink since February 2022, Jennifer has previously held significant roles at the Washington State Budget & Policy Center from November 2016 to January 2022, including Research and Policy Director, Associate Director, and Senior Policy Analyst. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Analyst in the Office of Mayor Edwin M. Lee focused on child and family welfare, as well as roles at PolicyLink, USC's Center for the Study of Immigrant Integration, and UCLA's Center for the Study of Urban Poverty. Jennifer holds an MA in Urban Planning and a BA in Sociology from UCLA.
