Miguel Gentile

Miguel Gentile has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Miguel currently serves as the VP of Product at PolicyMe since October 2022, where they previously held the position of Head of Product from April 2021 to November 2022, and Senior Product Manager from June 2020 to April 2021.

Prior to their role at PolicyMe, Miguel worked at Oliver Wyman, a global management consultancy. Miguel held the position of Associate from January 2019 to June 2020 and Senior Consultant from January 2018 to December 2018. From September 2016 to December 2017, they worked as a Management Consultant, contributing to corporate strategy, operations, risk management, and change management initiatives.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Miguel worked at Hugessen Consulting Inc. as an Executive Compensation Analyst in 2015. During this time, they provided strategic advisement for executive compensation needs and specialized in compensation plan design and governance for Canadian businesses.

In 2014, Miguel gained experience as a Marketing II Teaching Assistant at Queen's University, where they facilitated learning and evaluation in the field of marketing and operational strategy.

Miguel also worked as a Research & Strategy Analyst at Hit-play in 2014, contributing to communication technology consultancy projects for clients such as RBC, LinkedIn, and Uber. Additionally, they served as a Deputy Marketing Officer at the Alma Mater Society from September 2013 to April 2014, representing Queen's University and overseeing student societies.

Miguel started gaining professional experience in 2012 as a Business Development and Marketing Intern at BOXIT now, a start-up providing innovative storage solutions. Miguel was also a Marketing Associate at TechFind in 2012-2013, specializing in supply chain services for the electronics industry.

Throughout their career, Miguel has demonstrated expertise in product management, strategic consulting, and marketing across various domains.

Miguel Gentile attended Queen's University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in the field of Business/Commerce, General. In March 2020, they also received a Certificate of Product Management from BrainStation.
