Stephanie Roux, B.Sc, LLQP, currently serves as Team Lead at PolicyMe since August 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing and mentoring a team of specialists, hiring, and training talent to ensure exceptional customer service. Previously, as a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor, Stephanie provided clients with honest advice regarding life insurance. Stephanie gained valuable experience at The Co-operators as an Associate Insurance Advisor I, supporting agency operations, advising clients, and increasing sales through client-centered insurance advice. Prior roles also include coordination and programming within healthcare and senior living environments, showcasing a diverse background in customer service and program implementation.
