Jun-Elle L. currently serves as the Head of People at PolicyStreet, where a targeted performance management strategy and high-performance culture have been developed. With extensive experience in human resources and learning advisory roles, Jun-Elle successfully led HR initiatives across multiple countries at StoreHub and managed learning pathways at PwC Malaysia. In the realm of design thinking, Jun-Elle has co-coached and co-led significant events at the Hasso Plattner Institute and has held various positions at d.school Malaysia, including Design Thinking Lead Coach. Additionally, Jun-Elle's background as an artist and experience in communication and media studies complement a strong educational foundation from Monash University.
