Dan Morrison

Dan Morrison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs and strategic communications. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Acumen Public Affairs, Dan also holds positions as an Adjunct Professor at The Johns Hopkins University and Founder & Managing Partner at StoryVenture. In addition, Dan is an investor and co-owner of Akademisk Boldklub Gladsaxe, a historic Danish soccer team. Dan’s involvement extends to governance roles such as a member of the Board of Visitors at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an Expert-In-Residence at Georgetown University’s Venture Lab. Other notable contributions include investments in Siren Biotechnology and Grai Matter, as well as mentoring entrepreneurs through Techstars and advising Diplomats Without Borders. Dan holds a Masters in Philosophy in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
