Ulrike Bega

Ulrike Bega is a prominent architect and urban planner with extensive experience in architectural design, urban development, and sustainable strategies. As the founding principal architect at SymbioticA since September 2009, Ulrike leads an office dedicated to architecture and urban design. Concurrently, Ulrike serves as a lecturer at HafenCity Universität Hamburg and as a senior lecturer at POLIS University. Previous notable roles include senior advisor to the Mayor of Tirana, senior architect at 51N4E, and architect at Foster and Partners. Ulrike holds a Master of Excellence in Architecture from the Berlage Institute and a Dipl.Ing. in Architecture from RWTH Aachen University.
