Cesare Pierpaolo de Palma

Cesare Pierpaolo De Palma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the engineering and education sectors. Currently serving as Socio dirigente at ES-cogito since January 2025, Cesare has a long-standing role as Co-cordinatore for the technical tables on Mechanics and Education at Confindustria Puglia since 2014, and has been a delegate for innovation. As the Marine Division Manager and technical-commercial responsible at De Palma Thermofluid since December 1999, Cesare oversees the provision of equipment for process fluid management and is a strategic supplier for international shipping companies. Additional roles include Promoter at STEAMiamoci, member of the Board of Directors at Politecnico di Bari, founder of StartNet Europe, and member of various education committees within Confindustria. Moreover, Cesare has held the presidency of the Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Section at Confindustria Bari, and has a teaching role in industrial fluidic plants at Fondazione ITS Cuccovillo Mechatronics. Academically, Cesare holds a Master’s degree and a Doctorate in Political Science and International Economics from the Università degli Studi di Bari.
