Elena Noureddine

Legal Director at PAIR Project

Elena Noureddine has extensive experience in the field of immigration law. Elena began their career in 2012 as a Certified 3:03 Student Attorney in the Boston University Civil Litigation Program - Immigrants' Rights Clinic. In this role, they represented indigent clients before various courts and government agencies, drafted legal documents, and provided counseling and support services to clients.

In 2014, Noureddine joined the PAIR Project where they held several roles. As a Boston University Public Service Fellow, they represented minor clients before the Probate and Family Courts, EOIR, and USCIS. Elena handled various applications and provided training and mentorship to pro bono attorneys.

Elena then served as a Detention Attorney, responding to the legal needs of unrepresented non-citizens in the custody of the Department of Homeland Security. In this role, they represented clients before various immigration bodies, trained and supervised pro bono attorneys, and provided guidance on immigration relief options.

Most recently, Noureddine assumed the position of Legal Director at the PAIR Project in July 2019. The details of this role are not specified, but it can be assumed that they continue to contribute their expertise in immigration law at a higher level of responsibility and leadership.

Elena Noureddine pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Criminology & Political Science from the University of Florida between 2007 and 2010. Following that, they enrolled at the Boston University School of Law, where they completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 2011 to 2014.
