Anne-Marie Dijkhuizen

Anne-Marie Dijkhuizen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, governance, and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel at the World Wildlife Fund since June 2018, Anne-Marie oversees all legal and compliance activities and acts as Secretary to the Board of Supervisors. In addition, Anne-Marie provides independent legal counsel at AMD Legal, focusing on corporate and commercial matters, M&A, and governance issues. Previously, Anne-Marie held various positions at LeasePlan Corporation N.V., including Lead Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed legal advice related to corporate transformations and complex transactions. Earlier in the career at Hogan Lovells, Anne-Marie gained expertise in corporate and employment law. Anne-Marie holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Law and European Law from Utrecht University.
