Roger Sherman (Brooks )

Roger ("Brooks") Sherman is an experienced professional with a rich background in nonprofit leadership, legal services, and corporate ethics. Currently serving as a Board Member for Nonprofit Net, Inc. and as an Attorney for the PAIR Project, Roger provides vital support to the nonprofit community and detained immigrants. In addition, Roger is a Board Member and Chair of the Social Committee at the Cambridge Tennis Club and has consulted for Empower Success Corps since 2018. Previous roles include a Member at Large for the Appalachian Mountain Club, where responsibilities included drafting the Annual Report and planning the Chapter's annual meeting, and leadership positions at State Street and Fidelity Investments focusing on compliance and ethics management. Roger's career in enforcement began with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, where significant enforcement actions were initiated under Roger's management. Roger holds a BA in Philosophy from Colby College and a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
