Frederik de Mont

Frederik De Mont is currently the Vice President Human Resources at POLITICO Europe. Prior to that role, Frederik worked at Bain & Company as a Director and Senior Manager in HR & Talent. Before joining Bain & Company, Frederik held positions at Eurofins as a Senior HR Business Partner. Frederik also has experience in employment and social security law, having worked as an Advocaat/Avocat at DBB law and Fragomen Global LLP. Additionally, Frederik has a background in European Studies and Law, having obtained a Master's degree from Ghent University and a postgraduate degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
