Renee Klahr

Renee Klahr is a seasoned video producer currently serving as a Senior Breaking News Video Producer at POLITICO since February 2022, following a tenure as a producer at NPR from June 2016 to February 2022. Prior experience includes an editorial internship at Bethesda Magazine, content creation at Discovery Communications, and various roles in social media and public relations, including an internship at USA TODAY and a marketing position at Launch 3 Telecom. Renee's journalism career began with reporting for Uloop and College Magazine, along with writing for The Diamondback. Renee holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Maryland, earned in 2016.
