Linda M. King

Linda M. King, MPA, ARM, PHR- SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in risk management and employee benefits with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Risk Management & Employee Benefits at Polk County School Board since March 2019, Linda oversees a comprehensive risk management program for one of Florida's largest school districts. Prior experience includes roles as Risk and Safety Manager at Palm Beach County School District, Past President of the Florida Educational Risk Management Association, and Risk and Benefits Manager at Martin County School District. Linda holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Management Concentration from Saint Leo University.
