Emma Wykes

Emma Wykes is a prominent figure in the non-alcoholic beverage industry, currently serving as Founding Partner and CEO of Pollen Projects, an innovative brand and business development studio co-founded with Ben Branson. Wykes has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Longbottom & Co, and Chief Commercial Officer at Maison Mirabeau. Notably, Wykes held the position of COO at Seedlip Drinks, where the mission focused on offering the world's first distilled non-alcoholic spirits. With a career that began in sales and marketing at Martin Miller's Gin, Wykes has consistently contributed to brand development and expansion across multiple companies, including Black Cow Pure Milk Vodka and Pontoon Cocktails. Wykes holds a BA in Philosophy and Psychological Studies from The Open University, along with diplomas in Executive Coaching and Team Coaching Mastery.
