Susan Elmesslamy

Susan Elmesslamy is currently the Head of Service Management - APAC at Pollinate since March 2021. With experience as a Director of Maintenance APAC at Redflex Traffic Systems and a Regional Services Manager at ZT Systems, Susan has a strong background in IT service management. Susan has also worked as an IT Adoption Manager at Linfox, a Server Platform Engineer at ZT Systems, and an Electrical Engineer at RSP General Construction. Currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management at RMIT University, Susan's diverse experience and educational background make their a valuable asset in the field of engineering and service management.
