Tom Falkner

Tom Falkner has a diverse work experience in the field of web development and design. Tom worked as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Pollinate from November 2019 onwards. Prior to this, they held the position of Front End Developer at the same company from May 2014 to November 2019. Tom also worked as a Freelance Web Developer, hand coding websites according to client specifications using HTML, PHP, Javascript, and CSS. Tom created custom themes for WordPress and Weebly during their tenure from September 2010 to November 2019. Additionally, Tom worked as a Senior Creative Consultant at Advance Central Services Oregon from October 2013 to April 2014, where they designed digital and print advertising and created responsive HTML landing pages. Tom gained valuable experience as the Digital Design Lead at The Oregonian from September 2012 to September 2013, leading a team of nine designers and contributing to the development of the company's digital advertising workflow. Tom also served as an Advertising Production Designer at The Oregonian from December 2008 to September 2012, where they designed in-house digital advertisements using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and created newspaper and magazine advertisements using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Tom Falkner earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from Gonzaga University. Tom attended the university from 1999 to 2003.
