Prior to joining Pollination, Georgia was a lawyer at Ashurst for two and a half years, working in tax, corporate transactions and strategic litigation. Georgia has worked on high profile arbitrations, NSW Supreme Court proceedings, public and private M&A and the Royal Commission into Banking. Georgia has experience in due diligence, compliance reporting and corporate governance and has policy and law reform experience from her time as a secondee to the Justice Reform Initiative.
