Kate Mukho

Kate brings diverse experience in human resources and talent management to the Talent & Culture team, with a special focus on the private tech sector. Her main expertise lies in designing and managing the full employee lifecycle, employer branding, organisational design, and change management. Having previously worked at an international hospitality consultancy and a tech outsourcing agency, more recently she held the role of Chief People Officer and board member at Belkins, where she built the People function from the ground up, supporting the firm’s growth from start-up phase to a scale-up group of four companies. Kate holds BA and MSc in International Economics from Kyiv National Economic University and takes part in volunteering activities in Ukraine.
