Robert Norrie

Robbie has diverse experience working in HR and Risk roles in Banking, Insurance and Consulting. He is passionate about people development and experienced in working in fast paced global organisations. Prior to joining Pollination Robbie ran the Retail Banking Graduate and Intern Programs at Commonwealth Bank. Prior to joining the bank he spent four years working in Staffing for Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in both the London and Sydney offices.
