Thea has broad experience providing legal and strategic advice to private, government, and non-profit clients on matters relating to energy, environment, and land use. Prior to joining Pollination, Thea was a lawyer at Ashurst, where she advised on regulatory compliance, carbon markets, carbon neutral certification processes, environmental upgrade finance, native title, and due diligence. She also worked on high profile environmental approvals processes and major infrastructure projects. Previously, Thea worked at the International Energy Agency, where she was engaged in energy policy research and analysis. Thea has completed a Master of Philosophy in Environmental Policy at the University of Cambridge.
