Gustavo Paz

Gustavo Paz is a co-founder of Pollum, Grund - Technology Competitive Intelligence, and Elint Tech, with extensive experience in technology development and competitive intelligence. From October 2014 to December 2020, Gustavo led the Information Management Group at Grupo de Gestão da Informação, managing a team of 13 and collaborating with notable companies such as Embraer, Nidec, and Danfoss. Additional roles include R&D Project Manager at Labmat and various internships emphasizing quality control and materials research. Gustavo holds a Doctor of Engineering, a Master of Engineering in Materials Engineering, and an Engineer's degree in Materials Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, along with experience gained at the University of Bremen.
