Lance Jones

Lance Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Lance is currently working at Polly as a Product Solutions Specialist, where they oversee the implementation process and onboards new customers. Prior to this, Lance worked at Optimal Blue, where they held multiple positions including Senior Implementation Manager, Client Implementation Manager, and Account Manager. In these roles, they managed the implementation of different LOS systems, created action plans for customer testing, and provided training and guidance to customers. Before Optimal Blue, Lance worked at Pacific Union Financial, LLC as a Pricing Analyst, where they reviewed and verified price quotes and lock requests. Lance also served as an Inventory Control Manager at Coats Aloe International, Inc., handling accurate material count and scheduling work orders. Lance also worked at MetLife Home Loans as a Secondary Marketing Pricing Control Specialist, Crowley Independent School District as a Mortgage Consultant Assistant/Customer Service Assistant, and Summer Book Displacement as a Supervisor. Lance started their career as an Advancement Via Individual Determenation Tutor at Crowley Independent School District.

Lance Jones attended Cisco Junior College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree. Following their time at Cisco Junior College, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from McMurry University, from 2006 to 2009.
