Olivia Bumb

Olivia Bumb serves as the Vice President of People & Talent at Polly since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and strategic people programs. Previously, Olivia held the position of Strategic People Programs Leader at Coinbase from November 2020 to March 2023. Prior roles include Manager and Senior Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at PwC between July 2017 and October 2020, and various human resource roles at Nestle S.A. from August 2011 to August 2015. Olivia holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Communication from The Ohio State University.
